VendTrack Terms of Service

By accessing or using VendTrack (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

VendTrack provides tools for vending operators to manage products, machines, slot layouts, restock visits, and estimated sales/profit reporting.

2. Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable age and legal requirements in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the App.

5. Content Restrictions

You may not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content. We may remove content at any time.

6. Third-Party Services

Some features may rely on third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Subscription Plans and Billing

Some features may require a paid auto-renewing subscription. When applicable, the app will clearly display the subscription title, duration, and current price before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. Your store account (Apple App Store or Google Play) is charged at purchase confirmation and on each renewal date according to the selected billing period, unless canceled before renewal.

If offered, free trials and introductory pricing convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial or promotional period ends.

8. Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device account settings or subscription center.

Uninstalling the app, deleting your account, or deleting app data does not automatically cancel store-billed subscriptions.

Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access through that period.

9. Refunds

For subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing and refunds are generally handled by the applicable store under its policies and applicable law.

Where required by law or where store policy allows, users may be eligible for full or partial refunds. Contact support for service questions and the store for billing execution.

10. Payment Method Rules

Digital subscription purchases made in iOS and Android versions of the app are processed through the applicable in-app billing system, except where alternative purchase methods are permitted by applicable law and platform rules.

11. Termination

We may suspend access, remove content, or terminate accounts for violations or operational reasons.

12. Estimated Metrics Disclaimer

VendTrack may provide estimated sales, revenue, and profit based on user-entered restock and inventory data. These estimates are informational only and may not match actual cash/card collections or accounting records.

13. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VendTrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
