VendTrack Account Deletion

VendTrack supports account deletion requests. Deleting an account removes personal and business data according to our retention and legal obligations.

How To Delete In App

1. Open Settings in the app.
2. Open the account section.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm identity as required (for example, email re-entry).

Subscriptions and Deletion

Account deletion does not automatically cancel active subscriptions billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

Cancel subscriptions separately through your store account before or after requesting deletion to avoid future renewal charges.

Need Help

If you cannot access the app, email support@vendtrack.app from your account email and request deletion.

What Happens After Deletion

After verification, account data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period unless retention is required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or financial compliance reasons.
